Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines our terms regarding payments, cancellations, and refunds to ensure a smooth and professional working relationship.

1. Payment

The Client agrees to the following payment terms:

  • 50% Non-refundable deposit of €[0000] to secure their slot.

  • 50% Remainder payment of €[0000] due upon completion of the deliverables.

Work on the project will not begin until the first deposit has been received. If the Client fails to pay the deposit within 5 days of the contract date, the agreed slot will be forfeited.

2. Termination & Cancellation

The Client may terminate the agreement at any time under the following conditions:

Before Work Begins

  • The Client can cancel the project without penalty before the deposit has been paid.

After the Deposit is Paid

  • Once the deposit is paid and the Designer has begun working, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

  • If the Client cancels the project after work has started, they are responsible for paying for any work completed up to that point.

Cancellation by the Designer

The Designer reserves the right to terminate the project immediately under the following circumstances:

  • The Client fails to respond to emails/messages for a specified number of days.

  • The Client requests major creative changes that significantly deviate from the original project scope.

  • The Client fails to pay an invoice by the due date.

  • The Client is disrespectful, offensive, or unprofessional toward the Designer.

  • The Client has reached the specified number of revisions but remains dissatisfied, and a resolution does not seem attainable.

In such cases, no refunds will be issued, and the Client is still responsible for payments covering work already completed.

3. Revisions & Changes

  • The Client is entitled to a specified number of revisions. Any additional revisions will be charged at an agreed hourly rate or a fixed fee.

  • Major design changes that differ from the originally agreed direction may require additional costs or a new contract.

4. Partial Refunds

  • If a project is canceled before completion, a partial refund may be issued at the Designer’s discretion, depending on the amount of work completed.

  • No refunds will be granted once the final design files have been sent to the Client.

5. Major Force

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as illness, natural disasters, or emergencies, the Designer reserves the right to:

  • Reschedule the project timeline.

  • Issue a partial refund based on the work completed.

The Client will be notified as soon as possible if any such situation arises.

6. Digital Nature of Services

Due to the digital nature of design work:

  • Once final deliverables have been sent, no refunds will be issued.

  • The Client is responsible for reviewing and approving designs before the final files are delivered.

7. Delivery Delays & Refunds

  • If the Designer cannot meet the agreed-upon deadline due to unforeseen circumstances, a partial refund or timeline extension may be discussed.

  • If delays occur due to the Client’s failure to provide necessary content, no refunds or compensation will be given.
